Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund (14+ days prior): Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event receive a 100% refund

• Partial Refund (7-13 days prior): Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event receive a 50% refund

• No Refund (0-6 days prior): Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for refund

• Exception- medical emergency with proven documentation
