Wednesdays from 5:30-7:00pm

March 18th, March 25th, April 1, April 8th, April 15th

Sports Included:

Golf, Disc Golf, Pickleball, Lacrosse, Field Hockey, Soccer, and Intro to Softball

Participation includes:

GSA Shirt, GSA Bag, GRIT Tracker, All Sports Equipment

What you need:

shinguards, cleats/athletic shoes, yoga mat & mouthguard (extra available if needed)

Price: $175 for 5 Wednesdays

Training Format

School Year Format (example)

1st Day Training Format:

5:30pm Warm-Up

5:45pm: Sport #1 or Sport #2

6:15pm Switch Sports

6:45pm Finish up with GRITs

2nd day Training Format

(if applicable):

-Competition Day

- Introduction to a new sport

- Training similar as above

Saturday Format (not every Sat):

- Group outings for CNU or W&M games

-Guest Coaches or special events
