"I started GSA because I saw a niche worth pursuing. I've coached young girls for over 20 years, and I felt there was something missing in youth sports. GSA is for the girl who doesn't have it all figured out or wants something outside of the one-sport model. Who has a desire to compete and a willingness to take risks by diversifying her athletic ability. To learn 5-7 sports in one season saves parents money and time while fostering a love for girls to become a well-rounded athlete. The introduction of the GRIT Tracker helps create a solid foundation for girls to understand what it takes to build confidence. These lessons help girls grow into successful young women. I'm excited to enhance the youth sports experience by building stronger, more confident young ladies."

What is your "Why?"
My soul is happy when I see a girl do something she worked hard to achieve or embrace something she didn't think was possible. I like to use the positive aspects of sports to help build strong, confident young ladies.
