Girls Sports Academy (GSA)
Sports include: Golf, Disc Golf, Lacrosse, Field Hockey, Track & Field, Tennis, Intro to Sailing/Rowing

Mondays- April 20th-May 18th; a few Saturdays

Events with W&M Athletics included

Location: Jamestown High School

Time: 5:30-7:00pm

Price: $185 for 6 sessions
Training Format
School Year Format (example)

1st Day Training Format:
5:30pm Warm-Up
5:45pm: Sport #1 or Sport #2
6:15pm Switch Sports
6:45pm Finish up with GRITs
​
2nd day Training Format
(if applicable):
-Competition Day
- Introduction to a new sport
- Training similar as above
​
Saturday Format (not every Sat):
- Group outings for CNU or W&M games
-Guest Coaches or special events
