Girls Sports Academy strives to support every girl along their developmental journey.  GSA is committed to "building the girl" by creating a positive and challenging atmosphere to thrive in sports and in life.  Our goal is to help build confident, powerful, and resilient young girls who will go on to become impactful, successful young women.

By developing internal & external strength, speed & agility, core development, proper mechanics, and endurance

Through research and application to help girls understand their body's development and what support is needed to encourage a long-term healthy lifestyle

By setting expectations and finding the joy in hard work, GSA helps girls thrive in sports, school and life.

By trying new sports or challenging them to push the boundaries with existing sports

By overcoming failure or difficulty. Failing is a big part of growth.  Understanding the power of trying, perhaps failing, and then picking yourself up and trying again is extremely important when coaching girls

By providing an environment to support the concept of "tough cookie"- You CAN be both aggressive and a sweet, respectful person

By encouraging a positive and genuinely supportive atmosphere to foster healthy relationships with peers.  Showing the power of girls cheering each other on versus tearing each other down.
