Founder

Lydia Scrofani

"I started GSA because I saw a niche worth pursuing.  I've coached young girls for over 20 years, and I felt there was something missing in youth sports.  GSA is for the girl who doesn't have it all figured out, who wants to see what else she can do, and who is open to pursuing multiple sports to become a bettter overall athlete. There is so much work to be done on building a solid foundation for girls to thrive in sports and in life.  I'm excited to enhance the youth sports experience by building stronger, more confident young ladies."

What is your "Why?"

My soul is happy when I see a girl do something she worked hard to achieve or embrace something she didn't think was possible.  I like to use the positive aspects of sports to help build strong, confident young ladies.
