Monthly Motivation
Once a month, resources will be sent to GSA Club members to support their development as athletes and future leaders. The monthly motivation will come via email, mail or in-person. We hope to work on a book together.
Partnership with College Athletes
GSA Club members will have the opportunity to connect with college athletes at CNU and William & Mary. Members will have the chance to attend games and hear from athletes playing at the collegiate level.
Workshops & Events
A supportive community surrounds every athlete, and workshops and events will cater to both athletes and parents. The workshops will cover topics such as confidence and mindset development, healthy habits, nutrition for female athletes, goal-setting, and leadership skills. Parents can attend workshops on recruiting and supporting athletes both mentally and physically.
